  • How do I view my invoices?

To view your invoices, simply click on the gear icon on the top right corner of your RP dashboard, click on “Account,” then click on “Invoices”

Supervisors and Account Owners can see a link to ‘Invoices’ through the dropdown user menu. You can access the user menu by clicking on your name on the upper-right corner of the platform.

Billing and Finance users can easily access invoices from the top navigation bar and through the dropdown user menu.

  • Why do I see different types of invoices?

 

There are two different invoice types that you will see on your invoice page: Subscription and Variable. Subscription includes any monthly fees such as your subscription plan fee, performance fees, and any kind of service fees charged to your account.

 

Variable includes individual charges that apply to your account such as setup fees, USPS shipping label fees, Local Delivery fees, taxes owed, etc.

 

  • What is my Billing Threshold?

 

Your Billing Threshold is an amount you choose for when your variable charges exceed that threshold. 

 

For example, if you have a Billing Threshold of $2500, going over that amount will create an invoice for those variable charges. However, if you don’t go over your Billing Threshold, you will receive an invoice at the end of the month for any accumulated variable charges.   

 

  • What are some different charges I may see on my invoices?

 

Depending on what subscription plans or services you signed up for, you may see different charges on your invoices. 

 

Here are a few common examples:

  • Can I pay my Invoices through the RP dashboard?

 

Yes! On the invoice page, you will see a “Total Amount” and “Amount Outstanding” tab. If the outstanding amount is more than $0, then that invoice still has a due balance that has not been paid. You can pay any outstanding invoices by simply clicking on the red “View Invoice” link.
