- Easily track your shipments using the new Shipment Tracking Dashboard: The view provides information on current shipment status and can be filtered by status, carrier, delivery type, etc.
- Automatically keep customers updated on shipping status: Automated Shipment Notifications are now on by default, so your customers get timely text updates on package status. Learn more.
- Customize your recommended products: You can now choose exactly which products show up in the Recommended Products section as an alternative to the default setting, which shows products that are commonly purchased together. Learn more.
✨ Improvements and fixes
- Get a clear understanding of why a specific shipping method was quoted: Now, when you click on ‘Get Quotes,’ a new pop up will show both 1) ‘Live Rates’ which will function as before, allowing users to select and overwrite shipping methods and amounts, and 2) ‘Quoted at Checkout’ which will show rates and estimated delivery dates broken down by shipping method.
