There could come a time you may want to change your customer's status Active, Inactive or Block.
There are to ways to complete this process:
Option 1: Via the Customers Tab
- Click Customers in your menu
- Enter the email address or customer name into the Search Box
- Click the customer listed in your results
- Click the pencil within the Customer Details to edit
- Select the status from the dropdown
Active: Customer will be able to login with email on account.
Block: Only the email listed on the account will be blocked from logging in.
- SAVE
Option 2: Via the Customer's Order
- Click on the View Profile
- You will be taken directly into the customer's profile
- Click the pencil within the Customer Details to edit
- Select the status from the dropdown
- SAVE
