How to Change the Status of a Customer's Profile

There could come a time you may want to change your customer's status Active, Inactive or Block. 

 

There are to ways to complete this process:

Option 1: Via the Customers Tab

  1. Click Customers in your menublock1.png
  2. Enter the email address or customer name into the Search Boxblock2.png
  3. Click the customer listed in your results

  4. Click the pencil within the Customer Details to edit

  5. Select the status from the dropdown Screen_Shot_2021-04-22_at_7.21.17_AM.png

    Active: Customer will be able to login with email on account.

    Block: Only the email listed on the account will be blocked from logging in.

  6. SAVE

 

Option 2: Via the Customer's Order

  1. Click on the View Profile

  2. You will be taken directly into the customer's profile
  3. Click the pencil within the Customer Details to edit

  5. SAVE
