Shipper Number is Invalid - Error while Integrating UPS with Revolution Parts

Please verify whether your current UPS account is part of CampusShip, ShipRush, or some other 3rd party shipping platform that may seem like UPS but only uses UPS.

If so, this doesn't integrate into our system.

Please follow the steps below and reintegrate your account.

Once this is done, you should be able to sync your UPS account to Revolution Parts the way we were trying over the phone.

Here are the steps to get everything sorted with the UPS account:
Because CampusShip is a subdivision of UPS you will still need to sign up for a ups.com account. THEN connect your CampusShip account to that new UPS account. Below are the steps on how to do that. Please keep in mind that you may be required to provide a few past invoices from your CampusShip account to complete the process. Please let me know if you have any questions.

1. First, navigate to UPS.com and sign up for an account.
2. You will then receive an email from UPS.com to verify your email address. Click on the link in that email address.
3. From there, you'll be directed to your new UPS.com account. Click on your name in the top-right corner and then click on Payment options.
4. Select "Add Existing Account" under the 'Add a Payment Method' field and click Add. 
5. Then, add your account info and click next. You can enter the information from your existing CampusShip or WorldShip accounts here.
