It happens to the best of us; sometimes, we're so fast at processing orders that we completely miss the part where we print the shipping label! In the event that you've generated a label, but missed the opportunity to print it, follow the quick steps below!
- Open the order page for which you want to re-print the label.
- Scroll down to the "Content" section and find the light-green shipment bar.
- On the far left, click on the "Shipment #1" drop-down.
- In the drop-down, you should see the option to print the shipping label!
That's it! Assuming your printer and settings are configured correctly, the shipping label should print as expected.
