Are you experiencing an error trying to integration or connect your FedEx account to RevolutionParts? If so, it is likely that your FedEx account has different shipping and company billing address.
We recommend that you log in to your FedEx account and make sure that you update your Billing & Shipping address to be the same or contact our Support team for further assistance.
Finding Your Shipping Address:
- Log in to your FedEx account: Go to fedex.com and log in.
- Navigate to My Profile: Click on "My Profile".
- Access Account Management: Click on "Account Management" in the left navigation panel.
- View/Edit Account Information: Click on the "View/Edit" link to the right of your Account Number.
- Locate Shipping Address: Your shipping address will be listed under "Account Information".
