Creating a Freight Shipment Using Worldwide Express
RevolutionParts now offers the ability to create a freight shipment through our partner Worldwide Express. Worldwide Express offers discounted freight shipping rates across a variety of shippers. Orders in RP that have a part tagged as “oversized” will have a link to open the external WWEX portal.
Here’s how you can use the WWEX portal to create a freight shipment:
- All fields with a red asterisk are required
- Ensure in the 'your email' and 'your phone' sections you are providing your direct contact. Your bill of lading and other key documents will be sent to the email address provided.
- Please make sure to provide:
- An accurate open/close time for carrier pickup
- Select 'liftgate pickup/delivery' if the location does not have a dock available and the shipment is over 50 lbs.
- Select 'limited access pickup/delivery' if you are located in a strip mall, rural area, etc.
- Please provide any available reference numbers
- For 'Class' if you are unsure that is OK, the WWEX team will take care of applying the correct class as long as you provide accurate dimensions and weight of your product.
- The WWEX team will email you at the contact provided with a carrier quote within 90 minutes. From there please respond to the email with your carrier selection and the team will coordinate pickup and send you the BOL (shipping document to give to the driver at pickup).
