Our Automated Shipment Notifications feature allows you to send automatic SMS updates to your customers whenever the status of their package changes, saving you time spent fielding phone/ email inquiries on package status while giving customers a better post-sale experience.

Currently, this feature is supported for USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipping carriers.

To turn on this feature, log in to your Radmin dashboard and click on the ‘Settings’ gear icon on the top right corner of the navigation bar.

On the left sidebar under “Selling Channels”, click on the selling channel you want to enable Automated Shipment Notifications for and click on ‘Shipping,’ then ‘Settings’.

 

From here, locate the ‘Enable Shipping Notification’ dropdown and toggle to ‘Yes’. This enables your customers to opt-in to automatic SMS notifications.
