Here's some helpful tips to help you identify which PDC hub has your order information.
What is the status of your order?
Dealers should always monitor DBS to check the order status, and to see which PDC is fulfilling.
You can see find out by looking under "Shipping PDC" and looking up the PDC abbreviation in the list below.
Dealers can easily identify eCommerce orders fulfilled by a PDC if they see “ECM” in the order reference number.

How to contact the PDC that is handling your order?
Dealers should email the listed "RFC" contact on the list below, based on the fulfilling PDC.
