1- The most crucial step is to ensure your Primary Email and Work Email match AND is the same email RevolutionParts has in their RP Admin account.
Please be sure to check that both emails below are the same. If you needed to edit either of these fields, be sure you log out and log back in before moving on to the next step.
2- Be sure to log in via the SSO link labeled RevolutionParts located under "My Links".
If you have successfully logged in, you will see the URL in your browser reads: https://nna.revolutionparts.app/ and the RP Admin app should be visible as shown below.

If you are still unable to log in, please contact RevolutionParts' Support team and be sure to share a screenshot showing both your primary and work email (step 1). We will double check and make sure those emails are authorized on our end to log in to your RevolutionParts account and get back to you.
