How to Review Failed Orders

Sometimes it is necessary to review orders that have failed, such as after a service outage by a payment processor. To check these, log into your control panel and click on the "Orders & Customers" menu option, and select "Orders"


The first method to check is Abandoned orders that had payment declined.

  1. From the "Order Status" drop down, choose "Abandoned."
  2. From the "Payment Status" drop down, choose "Declined."
  3. Click on the "Search" button.


The other method is to check failed orders.

  1. From the "Order Status" drop down, choose "Failed."
  2. Click on the "Search" button.


You will find the customer's contact information in these orders, and you can follow-up to see if they would still like to proceed with the order.
