How to Use the eBay Bulk Pricing Loader

You can bulk update the pricing and shipping costs of your eBay parts catalog in bulk using the eBay bulk pricing loader!

First, log into your manage.revolutionparts.com account.  Then, click on your name in the upper-right corner and select "Account Settings."

There, use the left-side navigation to click on "Bulk," then, "Imports."

You should see any previously uploaded pricing files here.  To add a new one, click the green "New Import" button.

On the pop-up that follows, you can download a template .csv file which contains the three necessary columns; PARTNUMBER, PRICE, and SHIPPINGPRICE.  Simply fill out the template with your desired pricing data and upload it to the site using the "Select File" button.  If you have multiple stores, you can select which one you'd like to upload the file to prior to uploading.

NOTE: you MUST include a sale price AND a shipping price in a bulk pricing update.  The typically recommended "sale price + shipping price = new sale price + free shipping" formula still applies if your eBay store is set up for free shipping, as this upload simply defines the original shipping price.

Click, "Import File" when ready to upload the .csv pricing file to your eBay store.

That's it!  If you have questions about anything at all, don't hesitate to reach out to us by emailing support@revolutionparts.com!
