How to Upload Inventory

  1. Log in to your Dashboard at manage.revolutionparts.com.
  2. In the top menu, click Products

  3. Select Inventory from the left-side menu.

  4. Select the correct manufacturer for the inventory feed you'll be uploading. If you are uploading inventory for custom products, select Other from the drop-down.

  5. Feed requirements (IMPORTANT)
    • Download the CSV Template provided on the inventory page (download also provided at the bottom of the article).

    • Fill the template with your inventory information. You must save the file as a .CSV before it will work with the system.
    • Your file should only contain part number, quantity, and nothing else

  6. Select your inventory file to upload:

  7. Once your file has been selected, click the "Upload File" button.

Frequently asked question on Inventory uploaded

  1. How long will it take for my inventory to upload?
    • Please note that inventory files will take time depending on the size of the file. Most will take a few minutes but large files can take up to a few hours to upload inventory.
  2. What happens when I upload a new inventory file?
    • New inventory files will completely replace existing inventory information. If your inventory file differs to much from the previous file you will not be able to upload inventory. Please contact support@revolutionparts.com and we will help push your upload through.
  3. How many products can I upload in my inventory file?
    • Inventory files are limited to a maximum of 15,000 rows.
