How to Set Up Shipping Label Printing in RevolutionParts

In this article, we'll cover how to set up integrated label printing in RevolutionParts!


SETTING UP SHIPPING LABEL PRINTING

Please note that the following label printing feature will not apply if you have a third-party shipping manager selected in the "3rd Party Shipping Managers" tab. To use RevolutionParts' integrated label printing, first disable any third-party shipping managers by selecting "None" on that tab and then clicking the "Save Changes" button.

  1. First, log in to your Control Panel, and then click the Helpful Tool along the bottom of your Dashboard labeled "Shipping."
  2. Once in the Shipping Management section, click the tab along the top called, "Label Printing."
  3. On this page, you'll select your preferred method of label printing. The current label printing options are PDF, Eltron, and Zebra.
  4. Make sure to click the Save Changes button once you have selected your label format.
  5. To the right of the label format drop-down is the list of Available Carriers (and an indicator showing whether or not your credentials are valid.) If you don't have valid credentials for a particular carrier, this section will prompt you to add valid credentials (with a link to the configuration page.)

    Please note that you must have valid shipping carrier settings in order to use RevolutionParts' label printer software. You'll need to log into your shipping carrier account and obtain the necessary account credentials in order to successfully integrate it with RevolutionParts.

    To add FedEx, you'll need your FedEx Meter Number, which you can obtain by contacting FedEx Support.

Once you've set everything up, you're ready to print shipping labels for your orders!

To use RevolutionParts' integrated label printing, first disable any third-party shipping managers in the Integration section of your Manage Dashboard.

  1. From your Manage Dashboard, click on the Gear icon in the upper-right menu bar.

  2. On the left side menu, choose Shipping, then Printing Setup.

  3. On this page, you'll select your preferred method of label printing. The current label printing options are PDF, Eltron, and Zebra.

  4. Click the Save Changes button once you have selected your label format.
  5. To see which carriers you currently have credentials entered for, click on the Carriers section on the left side menu.
