As of 4/1/2016, a ShipRush license will no longer be included as part of RevolutionParts subscriptions. In order to continue to use ShipRush after that date, customers must purchase and then manage their own license.
Customers can purchase a license directly from ShipRush by calling (206) 812-7874 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. ShipRush requires payment in full by credit card before a license is issued. Customers will need to have the following information available:
- Company Name
- Company Address
- Company Phone
- Email Address
- Carriers needed (UPS, FedEx, etc)
RevolutionParts has negotiated reduced rates from ShipRush for current customers. The prices are approximately 50% off the prices listed at www.shiprush.com/purchase.
$97.50 per user/installed PC for FedEx for 1 year
$97.50 per user/installed PC for UPS Basic for 1 year
Q: Will ShipRush continue to be supported for use on the RevolutionParts platform?
A: Yes! ShipRush integration and functionality will remain the same. Each customer must simply have their own license for ShipRush.
Q: What if our dealership won't pay for ShipRush?
A: RevolutionParts has a new Shipping Manager, which handles several basic shipping functions for UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Customers may choose to use the RP Shipping Manager instead of ShipRush.
Q: What will happen if we do not purchase a ShipRush license?
A: Your current installations of ShipRush will stop working on 4/1/2016 because you will no longer have a valid license.
