How to process an order with ShipWorks

At this time you should have setup your ShipWorks account. If you have not, click here to setup ShipWorks before you proceed.

  • Navigate to the order page
  • Choose the order you wish to ship
  • Make sure that Payment has been received 
  • Check fraud notifications, read fraud score report, and look over payment verification section. 
  • Low Risk
  • Medium Risk
  • High Risk
  • Once you have checked that payment is verified and the order is not fraudulent mark order “Ready to Ship”. (You will need to setup the status that pushes orders to ShipWorks under you Shipping Manager settings)
  • Navigate to ShipWorks your order will now be in ShipWorks. 
  • If you do not see the order click download
  • Select the order you wish to ship and click the ship orders button in the top navigation                                                                         
  • Choose your shipping provider
  • Verify the shipping, product dimensions, billing information, etc.
  • Choose the shipping method
  • Click “Create Label” label                               
  • Your shipping slip will automatically print and the order will be marked as shipped.
  • You have finished processing your order!
