How to Set Up Your Hours, Contact Info, and Policies

You can update your company contact information, hours of operation, and policies all in one place in the Control Panel.

 

Company Information

  1. In the left-side menu, use the search bar to find the "Company Information" section.

  2. The top section will allow you to edit your company name, address, phone and fax numbers, and main company website. These are variables that may appear in other locations on your site, including the policy pages, the Contact Us page, and others.

  3. The bottom section can be used to configure your hours of operation. These can be added to the footer of the site for customer reference.

  4. Click the "Save Changes" button to lock in your updates.

 

Policy Pages

  1. If you'd like to view/edit your store policies, click on the "Store Policies" tab.

  2. From here, you can edit your store's privacy, shipping, and return policies, as well as the site's terms and conditions.

  3. If you're unsure of what to use for your policies, you can use our default templates for each section by clicking on the "Generate Sample" button. Feel free to customize these templates to fit your store's needs!

  4. When you're done editing your store information, click on the "Save changes" button. All changes made will be immediately reflected on the front end of the site.

You can update your company contact information and policies from your Manage Dashboard. We currently do not support hours of operation on this platform, but will update this article once it has been implemented.

  1. Log in to your Manage Dashboard at manage.revolutionparts.com
  2. Click on the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the page.

  3. Choose the "Store Settings" selection on the left-side menu.

  4. Select your store, then select the "General" section.

  5. From this section, you can edit your company name, address, and phone number.2-4.png
  6. When you are finished making changes, scroll to the top and click on the blue "Save Changes" button.

  7. To edit your policies, choose the "Policies" section on the left-side menu.

  8. From here, you can edit your store's privacy, shipping, and return policies, as well as the site's terms and conditions and your "About Us" section.

  9. If you're unsure of what to use for your policies, you can use our default templates for each section by clicking on the "Populate Default Terms" button. Feel free to customize these templates to fit your store's needs!

  10. When you are finished, click on the blue "Save Changes" button.
