You have the option to send your customers an SMS text message notification when their order ships!
To enable text message shipment notifications:
- Click the gear in the top-right corner to open your Settings
- Under the desired selling channel, click on Shipping, then Settings
- Find the dropdown labeled, "Enable SMS Shipping Notification"
Toggling this setting to "Yes" will send every customer a text message notification when their order ships. If you change the setting, be sure to click "Save Changes" in the top-right corner.
NOTE: if the customer does not enter their phone number on checkout, no text message will be sent.
