You have the option to send your customers an SMS text message notification when their order ships!

To enable text message shipment notifications:

  1. Click the gear in the top-right corner to open your Settings
  2. Under the desired selling channel, click on Shipping, then Settings
  3. Find the dropdown labeled, "Enable SMS Shipping Notification"

Toggling this setting to "Yes" will send every customer a text message notification when their order ships. If you change the setting, be sure to click "Save Changes" in the top-right corner.


NOTE: if the customer does not enter their phone number on checkout, no text message will be sent.
