How to Set Up ShipRush Web

Currently, ShipRush Web is not supported on the Legacy version of the platform.

ShipRush's new web platform, ShipRush Web, allows you to handle your shipping logistics online! Follow the instructions below to set up the integration.

  1. Log in to your account on manage.revolutionparts.com.
  2. Click the gear in the top-right corner to go to your account settings.
  3. In the left-side menu, click, "Integrations."
  4. Once the page loads, click the, "+New Integration," button in the top-right corner.
  5. Once the popup loads, name the integration, "ShipRush Web," and select "ShipRush Web" from the Vendor drop-down.
  6. Check the boxes for, "Completed, New, In Progress, and Ready to Ship." Keep this window open.
  7. Open a new window or tab, then sign into your ShipRush account on https://my.shiprush.com.
    • If you don't have a ShipRush Web account, you'll need to create one first!
  8. Once you're logged in to your ShipRush Web account, click the link on the bottom-left of the page for, "Settings."
  9. On the bottom-left next to, "Web Stores," click the link for, "+Add Web Store."
  10. In the array of options that follows, select the option for, "Custom ShipStation," then click, "Continue," in the bottom-right corner.
    • ShipRush Web's integration with RevolutionParts is based on ShipStation, which is why you'll select the, "Custom ShipStation," option when creating the store.
  11. The next page will be blank. This is expected. Click, "My Web Store Is Configured!" at the bottom to proceed.
  12. On the page that follows, you'll need to enter the integration information presented to you on the RevolutionParts platform in Step 6. Name your store whatever you'd like it to appear as in ShipRush Web, then copy/paste the Webstore URL, Username, and Password from the RevolutionParts Control Panel into the corresponding fields.
    • For, "Paid order status," enter, "New, In Progress," and, "Ready to Ship."
      • New, In Progress, Ready To Ship
    • For, "Shipped order status," enter, "Completed."
      • Completed
  13. Click, "Continue," to create the store. You may have to accept/confirm one or two additional steps to get back to ShipRush's shipping page.

Once the store is created, orders in the "New" status in RevolutionParts will sync over to ShipRush Web automatically. All other ShipRush setup happens in ShipRush's side, and ShipRush Support can assist with any account troubleshooting.
