RevolutionParts Manage Reporting

Log into your RevolutionParts Manage account at manage.revolutionparts.com and select "Reports." There are currently 10 reports that you can use on the Manage platform.

  1. eBay Final Value Fees

    You can choose a date range, and choose how the report is broken down (Daily, Monthly, or Yearly).

    Choosing a date range is simple. Click on the "Placed Date" field and a pop-up will allow you to choose a predefined date range, or you can choose a custom range.

    The report will generate with the filters selected. You will see your total orders for that time period, your total sales amount, the total eBay Final Value Fees, and the ratio of your total sales that went to fees. 

    You can change the filters at any time by clicking on the + icon on the blue bar above the report. You can also export the report to a CSV file by clicking on the Export to CSV text on that blue bar.
  2. PayPal Fees

    You can choose a date range and how the report is broken down (Daily, Monthly, or Yearly).

    The report will generate with the filters selected. You will see your total orders for that time period, your total sales amount, the total PayPal Fees, and the percentage of your total sales that went to fees.
  3. Cancellation Reasons

    You can choose a date range, the employee that the order was assigned to, which store (if you have multiple), and how the report is broken down (Daily, Monthly, or Yearly).

    The report will generate with the filters selected. You will see the total amount and the reason for cancellation. broken down by time frame.
  4. Fulfillment Time 

    You can choose a date range, the employee that the order was assigned to, which store (if you have multiple), and how the report is broken down (Daily, Monthly, or Yearly).

    The report will generate with the filters selected. You will see how many orders you shipped, the shortest and longest times that it took to ship the item, and your average shipping time. This is all broken down by time frame.
  5. Order Summary

    You can choose a date range, the order status, the employee that the order was assigned to, and which store (if you have multiple).

    The report will generate with the filters selected. You will see an overview of pertinent information regarding all orders. 
  6. Completed Order Summary

    You can choose a date range, the employee that the order was assigned to, and which store (if you have multiple).

    The report will generate with the filters selected. You will see an overview of pertinent information regarding each completed order. 
  7. Failed Order Summary
    You can choose a date range, the employee that the order was assigned to, and which store (if you have multiple).
    The report will generate with the filters selected. If you have any failed orders that meet the filters selected, you will see an overview of pertinent information regarding each failed order.
  8. Shipment Costs

    You can choose a date range, how the report is broken down (Daily, Monthly, or Yearly), and which store (if you have multiple).

    The report will generate with the filters selected. You will see the number of orders, your PayPal fees, which shipping method was used, as well as your shipping cost, what you charged for shipping, and shipping profit. This is broken down by time frame.
  9. Shipment Summary

    You can choose a date range and which store (if you have multiple).

    The report will generate with the filters selected. You will see each order that you have shipped, including the order and channel numbers, subtotal on the order, tracking number, which shipping method was used, as well as your shipping cost, what you charged for shipping, and shipping profit. This is broken down by time frame.
  10. Shipment Types

    You can choose a date range, how the report is broken down (Daily, Monthly, or Yearly), and which store (if you have multiple).

    The report will generate with the filters selected. You will see the number of orders shipped, the subtotal on those orders, and the shipping method used. This is broken down by time frame.
